Terms and Conditions (AGB)

Below you will find our general terms and conditions for the cleaning services of Ultrarein Reinigung.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Ultrarein Reinigung (Owner: Mohamad Deep Ismaeil) and the customer for cleaning services. Deviating terms of the customer shall not be recognized unless Ultrarein Reinigung expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Subject of Contract

The subject of the contract is the cleaning of the agreed premises according to the individually created cleaning plan. The type and scope of the cleaning services shall be recorded in writing in advance.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

The agreed prices are fixed prices and are stated in Euro including statutory VAT. Payment shall be made monthly by invoice within 14 days of invoicing.

4. Termination

The contract may be terminated by either party with 4 weeks notice to the end of the month. Termination must be in writing.

5. Liability

Ultrarein Reinigung is liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for simple negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are violated.

6. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction is Leipzig, provided the customer is a merchant.
